Returns and Refunds
ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY
Returns and exchanges. You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must come back in their original packaging. We arrange the pickup, and returns and exchanges are free — there is no charge to you. Your request is processed once the returned item reaches us.
If you have changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size. Underwear is a hygiene product, so we can only accept garments that are unworn and unused, with the original tags attached and the original packaging intact. We are not able to accept any garment that has been worn or used, even once, and whether or not it was worn over other clothing; colour changes, as we cannot exchange a garment because a different colour would be preferred; or garments returned without their original tags or packaging.
Getting the size right. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. It lists the waist measurement for every size in inches and centimetres. Measure around your natural waist, or compare against underwear you already own and wear comfortably. Because we cannot accept worn garments, choosing from the chart is the surest way to get the right fit first time.
If the garment is faulty. We will replace or refund a garment with a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery — a cut, a broken stitch, a fault in the fabric or stitching, or noticeable colour fading. Because some faults only appear after the first wash, this cover applies whether or not the garment has been worn. Return it in its original packaging with your invoice and we will arrange the pickup.
What the warranty does not cover. Damage from fire, bleach, chlorine or colour bleeding from other garments. Tears, rips or snags caused by contact with external objects. Washing above 50°C or exposure to direct heat. Any garment that has been silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered or otherwise altered after purchase.
Care. Care instructions are printed on the inside label of every garment, and following them is what keeps the fabric performing as intended. Wash at or below 50°C.
Authorised sellers. Because counterfeit products circulate, we can only warrant garments bought from our own website or from a seller we have authorised.
