Vault & co makes one thing: men’s cotton trunks. We launched on 25 December 2025 to fix what only shows up later — the waistband that marks by evening, the fabric that roughens after twenty washes, the leg that rides up the moment you sit down.

The fix has a name: CotCloud. It is three decisions made together — the cloth, the construction and the cut. Not a fabric, and not a coating.

• The cloth. 95% super-combed cotton with 5% Lycra, knit in at thread level. Combing strips out the short fibres that work loose and roughen, so the softness survives washing.
• The waistband. Wide and flat, stitched straight to the body fabric. Pressure spreads across it instead of cutting a line into your skin.
• The cut. A mid-rise trunk that ends above the point where the thigh widens. There is nothing for it to climb.

You can check all of it. Wear a pair for a full day, then look for the waistband line at night.

Seven colours: White, Black, Grey, Blue, Olive, Ivory and Maroon. The same cloth and the same cut in every one.

Every order arrives in a matte black box, embossed with the Vault crest and wrapped in butter paper.
